Recharges will normally be effective during the first business day after a request is processed.

Customer understands that all amounts are in USD, and applicable taxes and government fees such as the Universal Service Fund (USF) fee will be added to the purchase.

If these vouchers are applied to a SuperSIM, they remain valid while the SuperSIM account remains active. Thuraya deducts an “Annual Renewal Fee” (ARF) from the usage credits on the SuperSIM card account on each anniversary of the SuperSIM card’s activation; customer receives a pre-notification of the ARF Fee via SMS messaging on the Thuraya phone. If the account has insufficient credits to pay the ARF Fee, there is a 15-day grace period to add credits to your account, after which the SuperSIM account is deactivated.

If the vouchers are applied to a regular prepaid SIM card account--which are no longer available for new activations--the vouchers add validity to the regular prepaid SIM—3 months for 39-unit voucher; 6 months for 80-unit voucher; 12 months for 160 unit voucher—except that there is a maximum validity of 18 months for the regular prepaid SIM account. Usage units not used during the validity period are lost.

Thuraya services are purchased in the form of vouchers with 39, 80, or 160 “units” of service. If Customer requests that Scratch Card (voucher) information is transmitted by e-mail or by other electronic means, then Customer bears the risk of loss; no replacement Scratch Card information will be provided.
